1. The Service

aisavetime ("the Service") is an AI-powered personal assistant operating through Telegram. It helps users manage their day and create and publish their own content — including editing videos, generating captions and publishing to the user's own social media accounts (Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram) that the user explicitly connects.

2. Your account and connected platforms

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You connect social accounts voluntarily and may disconnect them at any time.
• All content is published only to your own accounts, on your explicit request or on a schedule you set. You can revoke the Service's access in the settings of the respective platform at any time.

3. Your content and responsibilities

• You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through the Service.
• You are responsible for the content you publish: it must not infringe third-party rights and must comply with the rules of the platforms it is published to (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Telegram).
• You must not use the Service for spam, misleading content, or any unlawful activity.

4. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI models to generate text, captions and editing decisions. AI output may contain inaccuracies — review content before or after publication. The Service shows you what it is about to publish and requires your confirmation for publishing actions.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product develops. Third-party platform APIs may impose their own limits that affect functionality.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or platform-side actions (such as content moderation decisions of social networks) arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend access in case of abuse or violation of these terms.
